Russian Technologies State Corporation at Farnborough International - 2010
On July 19-25, in Farnborough (the United Kingdom) there will be held Farnborough International’2010 Air-Space Show, where State Corporation “Russian Technologies” for the first time will act as the organizer of the integrated Russian exposition, which will occupy the area of 1,350 sq. m. and be represented by 50 companies. |

SANOFI-AVENTIS CONFIRMS ITS OBLIGATIONS TO THE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT
Paris, November 27, 2009 - Sanofi-aventis announced today the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with Russian Technologies State Corporation. The Memorandum was signed within the context of the summit of the French and Russian Prime-Ministers François Fillon and Vladimir Putin in Rambouillet, France. The document was signed by Mikhail Shelkov, Director General of Prominvest, LLC and Christopher Viehbacher, Chief Executive Officer of Sanofi-aventis Group. |

RUSSIAN TECHONOLOGIES AND PIRELLI SIGN AGREEMENT ON IMPLEMENTATION OF MEMORANDUM ON GENERAL CONDITIONS OF JOINT VENTURE
Russian Technologies State Corporation and Pirelli signed the Agreement on Implementation of the Memorandum on General Conditions of the Joint Venture stipulating extension of the collaboration within the framework of the equal joint venture being established for production of tyres and steel-cord in Russia. In addition to the plan earlier announced by the Parties to construct a new industrial plant in Samara Region in the second half of 2010, the Agreement stipulates that the equal joint venture being set up will acquire the existing factory, which currently ranks among potentially interesting industrial facilities in Russia. The acquisition transaction is expected to take place in 2010. |

Mr Sergey Chemezov, Director General, Russian Technologies: “MAKS 2009 was a Success!”
MAKS 2009, the IXth Aerospace Show, closed in the city of Zhukovski (Moscow Region). Along with Farnborough and Le Bourget, MAKS is one of the world’s three leading air shows and is rightfully considered one of the most important aviation events of the year. Despite the crisis in Russia and across the world MAKS-2009 became an absolute champion in the number and amount of transactions, indicating a revival of the Russian aviation. Mr Sergey Chemezov, Director General of Russian Technologies State Corporation, a major partner of MAKS-2009, shared his views on the Air Show with Ms Svetlana Fedorova from Izvestiya daily.
